In "Double Your Money... And Die!" someone is murdering wealthy millionaires who have invested in a foundation which would double their investment, and the next target is Oliver Queen, AKA Green Arrow! Even as Batman pieces together the clues as to the killer's identity (the foundation gives each investors a stock certificate in the shape of a coin with the number "2" on it), the question of why still hangs in the balance, along with Queen's life.
